Here’s what helps me have a goodnight sleep.
I take my fur baby for a walk in the afternoon after gym.
Put some indoor plants that help you sleep in the bedroom (snake plants,pothos or peace lily is good)
Drink coffee only in the morning then just water or tea after that
No blue lights after 8pm (No TV, computer, phones or gadgets in the bedroom)
I read physical book for 10 to 20 mins before bed time
I wear eye mask so i won’t get distracted when someone enter the room and turn on the light.

My morning routine starts with a glass of lukewarm lemon water. It gives your immune system a boost and great source of vitamin C.
And if you struggling to get enough water in, then why not try adding some natural flavour like lemon, lime ,orange or berries .
Water has so many benifits that drinking more will make you feel like a million bucks.
