    Week 4’s challenge is do something about getting a restful night sleep. Exercise, meditation, reduced naps, swap out coffee for water later in day and sleeping at consistent times are just a few ways that can promote quality of sleep.

    Second workout for the week – done

    Second day with no afternoon coffee – done

    Asleep the minute my head hit the pillow – done

    Here’s what helps me have a goodnight sleep.

    I take my fur baby for a walk in the afternoon after gym.

    Put some indoor plants that help you sleep in the bedroom (snake plants,pothos or peace lily is good)

    Drink coffee only in the morning then just water or tea after that

    No blue lights after 8pm (No TV, computer, phones or gadgets in the bedroom)

    I read physical book for 10 to 20 mins before bed time

    I wear eye mask so i won’t get distracted when someone enter the room and turn on the light.
